BASIC & ADVANCED HACCP CERTIFICATION CLASSES

3 Days Basic HACCP CERTIFICATION Class

The 3 – day Basic HACCP Certification will teach participants how to develop, implement and manage the Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) System.

2 Days Advanced HACCP Certification Class

The 2 – day Advanced Certification class teaches Verification, Validation, and Auditing of Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) system as designed by Codex Alimentarius.
Both courses are accredited by the International HACCP Alliance (IHA), USA and the curriculum for each class provides participants with real-world insights and practical advice from industry experts.

Our instructor is an expert tutor from the International HACCP Alliance with several years of experience in various industries.

Basic class
Monday, July 10 – Wednesday, July 12, 2023; (9 am – 1 pm; each day)

Advanced Class
Thursday, July 13 – Friday, July 14, 2023 (9 am – 1 pm; each day)
