Take your first step into Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing (SSLM) with yellow belt certification; this two-day class is Quality and Process Management Skills.
Participants will learn to master techniques to Reduce cost, Eliminate Waste, and improve Quality in their manufacturing operation, participants will take a Yellow Belt Certificate
Examination as part of this course, certifying their knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma process and the ability to apply this process and tools. The Certification pass mark is 70&
