This 3 – day Basic HACCP Certification will teach participants how to Develop, Implement and Manage the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.
The 2 – day Advanced class teaches Verification, Validation and Auditing of HACCP systems as designed by Codex Alimentarius.
Both courses are accredited by the International HACCP Alliance (IHA), USA and the curriculum for each class provides participants with real-world insights and practical advice from industry experts.
